At Pavithra Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality millet products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
We accept returns only for products that are damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging must be intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
